You cannot just change a gasket on a cylinder head. I assume that there is a reason , such as a misfire ? Having removed the head it would make sense to have it (a) Crack tested (b) skimmed. You may have to fit new valves. Re-fitting the head involves the use of a torque wrench and an angle gauge. These are basic and essential items if the job is going to be done correctly. You at best need a qualified person ( with good tools ) to help you.
