This is a labor intensive undertaking. You must have a repair manual. This is not an option. Overhead cam engines are more difficult. The hardest part is removing everything that is bolted and connected to the head. If the engine has been overheated the head must be checked to insure it isn't warped. Then just put it all back together insuring all electrical connections etc. are reinstalled just as they came apart.
